Hi, I’m Jyoti

Breathwork coach and yoga teacher specialising in functional breathing techniques and cycle-based practices for women.

After years of practising and teaching yoga, I discovered that many women needed something more foundational than traditional pranayama, they needed to learn how to breathe functionally first. I trained in Oxygen Advantage breathwork techniques and now blend this functional approach with therapeutic breathwork practices.

My work is simple: help women understand their bodies' rhythms, correct the breathing patterns that aren't serving them, and build practices that bring them back to themselves.
